Karl was wonderful when I was deciding what engagement ring I was going to buy. Promised me a nice clean cut diamond, and was impressed with the result. Karl was very responsive via text and updated me throughout the entire design of the ring, until the finished product. Very awesome that they have their own ring designer in shop as well, so that the ring gets made that much quicker. I went with my mother, sister and niece and Karl and the lady were very welcoming and ensured that everyone was comfortable and even provided toys for my niece to play with. There was also complimentary beer which is a great way to my heart also, definitely a plus. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring and perfectly matched her expectations.

The reason my Fiancé and I are only giving a 4 star and not a 5 star review, is due to the fact that we had a few issues with our initial ring design, however the entire Xennox team always went above and beyond to try and rectify any issues throughout the process. The culmination of all their efforts allowed us to bring to reality the most unique, elegant & timeless ring we have ever seen. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome!
