The Piercing Urge

My experience of Piercing Urge is that it is the top and safest place for piercing I found in Melbourne. All the staff are very friendly, highly educated and helpful and they take their studio and customers' safety very seriously! I really like that. Specifically would like to mention Suzanne who is amazing at what she does, makes you feel calm and confident that the outcome will be the best possible! She is just the best! And always listen to your piercers if you want to have the best outcome as well. They do and say things for a reason and I would always trust Piercing Urge to give you the most appropriate advice. Thank you guys!

Amazing, friendly and professional piercers. Darion & Adam made me feel completely comfortable! The whole process from start to finish (even my million questions before my appointment) was super professional, quick and pretty much painless. They understood my concerns and made me feel at ease. I wanna say that Aidan was honestly 10/10, he made me feel extremely comfortable and spoke through a couple of ideas and possibilities for my ears and was actually open to hearing my own opinion. The shop was really nice, music was on point and jewellery was breathtaking. What makes this only 3 stars was I booked an ear Styling appointment and from the description I was led to believe that I would be getting a redesign and some pieces (just basic titanium) to be taking home as per the cost of the appointment, of course anything sparkly or stunning would come at an extra charge. Since this wasn't the case I believe it should be made clearer in the description that the appointment is simply a consultation to possibly get a few new piercings and spend a large amount of money on some investment pieces. As mentioned I did really enjoy my time and love the piece I got (thank you) but I walked away feeling as if I didn't actually get what I booked for overall. I do recommend the piercing Urge cause once again fabulous staff, great products and still one of the best piercing joints I have ever been too!

My experience here was gold standard! All staff were so nice and welcoming. Aidan was amazing - they were really thorough and made sure I was across everything that was happening during my piercing experience, and that what I was doing was suitable for me. I felt at ease during the whole process despite this being my first body piercing. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough - the value placed on safety, experience, quality, and wellbeing is phenomenal!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, professional service and flawless process. I was pierced by Suzanne who helped me make well informed and educated decisions based on my personal anatomy and aftercare. All in all a great desired outcome! Amazing banter during the piercing which made it less daunting. Thank you so much!
