Excellent customer service by Wei Wei and extremely helpful. I came into the store only to browse and compare the value against another diamond ring I was going to purchase, from a different store. However, full disclosure was not provided by this particular store I would have ended up purchasing a "Laboratory-Grown Diamonds". Wei Wei has gone an extra mile to assist me selecting the perfect diamond Engagement ring. All my concerns and enquiries were provided promptly. I recently purchased a Solitaire Diamond .30 carat 4 Claw 18carat gold necklace and was very impressed with the team and Anja at Rosendorfs Hay Street Mall. I saw the necklace online. I live 4 hours north of Perth. Everything was done over the phone/msg and the necklace was posted express to me. I couldn’t be happier. I love my necklace!

I used the online message service to arrange a gift for my wife. Marie then text me and helped me out and was able to send me some engraving designs over text. Very professional. Very friendly. Very helpful. I was able to then walk into the store on another day with my wife,.say hi to Marie, and pick up a surprise, pre arranged gift which was awesome. Highly recommend. Great service and value.

Extremely attentive and helpful staff, experts in the field and you know your jewelry preferences are in good hands. I say this as prior to here I have spent time in with jewelers who have been unable to fulfil our request yet Rosendorff was able to which was a welcome relief. Was looked after by Anja and Pearl who have world class customer service.
