We got my engagement ring and both our wedding bands from Moi Moi. The staff were really friendly and seemed genuinely excited to make it a special experience for us. They clued in early to what we wanted and helped educate us on the diamond quality and ring/setting options. My partner still wanted to surprise me on the timing for our engagement and they did a great job on helping him with this without giving it away to me. Their location in the QVB also made for a really nice day out together.

Amazing appointment with Aggie in the Perth location. Aggie had some samples of the rings I was interested in, tried them on for sizing and decided which size diamonds my budget would allow. After picking the design and diamond types, Aggie presented me with various quotes. After about 5 weeks, my beautiful ring arrived. Very happy with the ring quality and the great service. Moi Moi was a fantastic experience from the start. It started with JP who actually drew a sketch of the type of ring I wanted in the Sydney Store. When my now husband proposed me with it, it was perfect! JP then went to the Melbourne store. Following that, we worked with Leah, Kathy and other staff members in the Sydney store to create unique wedding bands to go with the engagement ring. Everything was perfect, and have other friends also get their rings from Moi Moi from this experience.

Had a wonderful experience with Moi Moi via Aggie in Perth. She was extremely helpful on 2 occasions and was able to get samples and help my wife and I choose the rings for our special day. She was always patient and responsive and the rings are excellent quality. Thank you Aggie! I’d highly recommend Moi Moi wherever you are in Australia.
