I highly recommend MDT Design. They did a beautiful job of repairing my jade bracelet after it was broken in 4 pieces following a fall. Very reasonable prices and excellent workmanship.

We purchased our rings from MDT design about a year ago. We are so happy that we could alter the design to our needs. We would like to thank Cecelia, Charles and Kosta for all their help. The after sales service is just as important to them as the initial sale and providing a lifetime warranty on the rings is amazing. We have just had our rings polished bringing them back to new. Look forward to many years of wearing them.

My partner and I had a number of rings needing care - settings needing repair, bent out of shape, etc. Price was quoted for 5 rings, a discount was offered and time to repair quoted. While we were a bit surprised at the price (more than we expected), the rings are important family items we'd been unable to wear due to damage so we went with it. Glad we did - MDT did a superb job on all the rings. One was a men's 6 band puzzle ring that had been welded together many years ago after 2 of the bands broke. Not only did MDT make it look like new, the person repairing shaped the bottom of the ring to make it look like the bands were still there - great attention to detail. Really happy with the quality of the work done on all the rings.

We came into MDT design today uncertain of a lot of information and full of questions. Charles was absolutely incredible. He was so patient with us and the endless questions. He provided so much information and was so well informed. He took us through the whole process and was so wonderful He has such a wonderful knowledge and passion and just made the experience so relaxing and incredible Thank you so much !

Excellent service from the front desk (Charles) and linked us in directly with the jeweller. Fixed sentimental (and not cheap) gold and diamond earrings which had a cracked hoop - (ones that an unnamed Australian Company of Diamonds declined to look at because we didn’t purchase from them). Excellent workmanship and a great result - within the timeframe stated and a good price for complex work. Bravo. We will be back for regular service of our other rings. Thanks
