ATTENTION: Poor customer service. I AM UBER DISAPPOINTED AND THIS MALABAR IS NOT THE SAME AS THE OTHERS AROUND THE WORLD. Fake MALABAR promises were made and there was no compensation. I am not supposed to pay for your mistakes. I bought my wedding jewellery from here and they did not check the necklace before selling it to me. There was a missing stone. I had to change my flights to come here to tell them about it, they said they can’t do anything about it and I would need to exchange it, I had to push them and then they said 15 days. Then they fixed it in store. What is the point of paying such high making charge if it comes broken??? What guarantee does an in store fix have?
