I went in to Janai to purchase an engagement ring! I was met by Regina! She made the whole process smooth, enjoyable and stress free! Through the whole experience she went above and beyond to help me make and design the perfect ring . She very patiently explained to me everything I needed to know about engagement rings and diamonds, and guided me to make the perfect ring. The phone calls and emails with constant updates were also amazing and well informative. The ring itself is of great quality and was ready even sooner than i expected. Coming to a booking with lots of uncertainty and feeling unsure, I left my appointment with Kay learning the different cuts & finishes of diamonds, but also left with my dream ring. The experience I had with JANAI was flawless, from the initial greetings to exiting the store, Kay is knowledgable and catered to all the needs that I had to create the perfect diamond ring.
