I had a fantastic experience at Gregory Jeweller in Westfield Parramatta! I bought a watch online and needed the strap adjusted. I visited the store, and they welcomed and assisted me with the adjustment and even did it for free. Raua, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process even though the watch was bought from another store online. With their excellent service, I would highly recommend them and would probably do my next purchase here.
