Ashley and the team at Diamondport couldn’t have been more incredible if they tried. Right from the initial appointment where I explained to ash that I wanted to redesign my engagement ring but keep the original stone and band, he was so helpful and understanding as I had no idea what I wanted. We looked at some of his rings and I fell in love with one that had a halo built around a centre stone which was perfect as it meant I could keep my original stone but change the shape which is exactly what I wanted! From there the process was so streamlined and they were communicative from beginning to end. I picked up my ring on the weekend and I couldn’t be more in love, I can’t stop staring at it. My fiancé is so happy with the end result as he wanted me to be able to build my dream ring with the original ring he bought. Thanks again Ash and the rest of the team at Diamondport! The team worked closely with my partner to design my dream ring, featuring a radiant cut diamond, and the result is nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail, and dedication that went into creating it is truly out of this world. Without a doubt, Diamondport is the best jeweller in Brisbane. Ash and the team did an excellent job at creating my engagement ring and wedding band. Diamondport were one of the few jewellers who had no issues using my existing diamond as well which was really great. The rings are so beautiful no pictures do them justice. Highly recommend!
