We really enjoyed our entire experience with Cullen Jewelry! We live in the US and were looking to purchase an ethically produced lab diamond for our engagement ring. After researching a number of companies, we decided to look at Cullen, made an online appointment, and met with Sailor. She came prepared with all the different options for the cut we were looking for and helped guide us through the process of narrowing down our choices. Sailor was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process - we weren’t sure what to expect about ordering online but we were very impressed! During the ordering/waiting process, we had a number of questions come up and Sailor was very responsive in answering our questions. Now, our ring has arrived and we couldn’t be more pleased! Both the stone and setting look beautiful and the ring is definitely a piece of quality workmanship. Highly recommend Cullen Jewelry!

My partner and I had the nicest experience at Cullen Jewellery today. Symone was so lovely, she taught us so much about all the different diamonds types and sizes. I could not have chosen a better more patient, understanding and kind person to help us with deciding on engagement rings, she was so supportive and understood our needs perfectly. The Brisbane show room was so beautiful, I would definitely recommend to anyone considering Cullen.

Alyssa was lovely and welcoming during our visit. She never made us feel like we were being a bother when we changed our mind for the millionth time. We were running late so she ensured we got the most out of our session! She made sure my partner knew all my preferences for the future! Couldn’t recommend this experience anymore. Tip: book your parking early to save $$

Laura J. from the sales team was extremely helpful at our virtual appointment. Being in the US, I was a little hesitant on ordering my ring from Australia, but she made me feel very confident with the whole process. The lifetime manufacturing warranty is definitely a plus. I was able to narrow down my desired ring setting and see how it would look like with different centre stones and carat sizes. Very excited to be getting my ring from Cullen Jewelry soon!

Sailor helped us & she was incredible. Patient, knowledgable & made us feel totally comfortable to take our time looking at rings. I was able to take photos of the rings I liked.
