I'm so embarrassed to admit, I was in today asking for an exchange of an item. Turns out I had the wrong receipt. Staff were very patient with me and helped me anyways. I'm so grateful. Worth giving a good review for.

Went to look for some makeups. The shelves are messy. Foundations didn’t have testers and products price labels were all over the place. Can’t blame the store as it must be the customers breaking things and opening sale products instead of testers or shop theft. But this section needs a refresh. I will not buy from here if I do not already know what to get as it is impossible to check out colour tones.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today. As a regular customer, I was expecting a higher level of courtesy. Currently, I am pregnant and was shopping for baby products and a pyjama for myself. After scanning six baby items and one pyjama, I changed my mind and requested assistance from the self-service attendant. I informed her that I wished to cancel the entire transaction and only purchase the pyjama. However, she responded in a rude manner, questioning why I had scanned the items in the first place. I understand that it can be frustrating when customers change their minds, but I was willing to return the items to the shelves and continue browsing. Unfortunately, her behavior was unacceptable, prompting me to leave the store. When I was leaving, she was not sorry. I was not expecting sorry, but she was saying something to me like it was normal to be rude.
